WEEK THREE - SEPTEMBER 05 The ICC team completed its usual weekly meeting. The team discussed how to proceed with our project and how to ensure that our deliverables (particularly our project documents) are on schedule. We divided our project work amongst ourselves. Each team member was also given a hard copy and a CD of the content from the client. It was decided that the content would be reviewed for a project process brainstorming at the next team meeting. The team decided that our Needs Assessment report needed more amendments and I made those changes and forwarded it by email to my team-mates for their comments. What I need to do this coming week is to review with my team mates what Ahram will produce (our next deliverable document) and make my comments and suggestions.
