Fifteen Fives

WEEK 5 - SEPTEMBER 19 2007 The ICC team had its usual weekly meeting. We discussed the Project Content and decided that the material was difficult to understand in its present state. To make amendments we decided we would need to meet with the clients’ Plant Pathology Subject Matter Expert. The deliverables for the week were divided amongst the project team. My assignment this week is to draft a Formative Evaluation plan. This draft will be reviewed by Daisyane and then we will forward it to two of our consultants for feedback for the coming week. In the coming week I intend to revise the Evaluation Plan according to feedback received and then get the team approval for its submission to both our Facilitator and a sign off from our client.
