Fifteen Fives

WEEK 8 - October 10 2007 During our weekly team meeting we discussed the project time line and tried as much as possible to reconcile dates with all our upcoming project deliverables. For the most part everything seems pretty close and overlapping as all projects are prone to be. The fear is with the upcoming holiday periods and how those will affect our schedules. I am optimistic though that we are capable and as such will rise to the challenge God willing!! Anyway for this week I didn’t have much production since we’ve moved more towards the development phase. I reviewed the project time-line to identify any corrections or amendments that are needed. I am waiting for feedback from some of my team-mates on exactly where they envision the interactivity so that the flowcharts can be amended if need be. For next week, I will use the information received to amend the flowchart if necessary and participate in anyway necessary in the project development.
